The toilet excreta collector is a single-use medical device designed to be placed on the toilet bowl for the collection and approximate measurement of urine or stool.
Two collectors can be installed simultaneously on the toilet bowl (one in front and one behind).
Its use is indicated in particular:
- After catheter removal, for monitoring and measuring the resumption of urination and post-void residual urine
- Postoperative resumption of urination
- As part of a urodynamic evaluation
- For specimen collection (stool cultures, blood testing, etc.)
1. Place the collector on the toilet bowl.
2. The collector is ready for use.
3. After use, dispose of it in accordance with the facility’s current waste management protocol.
