The system is adapted according to the country concerned:

  1. CLEANIS Customer Service receives the order
  2. The order is entered into our system: in case of problems with the order, the Sales Assistant in charge of the geographical sector concerned immediately contacts the customer
  3. The CLEANIS warehouse prepares the order for delivery according to the following terms of delivery

  1. CLEANIS Customer Service receives the order and sends an order confirmation
  2. Following the signature of the order confirmation or the advance payment, the order is prepared by our warehouse
  3. The person in charge of the geographical sector concerned will contact you to inform you of the availability date
