The system is adapted according to the country concerned:
- CLEANIS Customer Service receives the order
- The order is entered into our system: in case of problems with the order, the Sales Assistant in charge of the geographical sector concerned immediately contacts the customer
- The CLEANIS warehouse prepares the order for delivery according to the following terms of delivery

Export (outside USA)
- CLEANIS Customer Service receives the order and sends an order confirmation
- Following the signature of the order confirmation or the advance payment, the order is prepared by our warehouse
- The person in charge of the geographical sector concerned will contact you to inform you of the availability date
