The single-use GelMax® pad is composed of sodium polyacrylate powder and cellulose. In contact with fluids and materials, the pad acts from the first contact with fluids to gel the contents, and thus limit the risk of splashes and spills.
The GelMax® pad can be placed in a collection tray or a waste container for simple and safe use. It can also be used to increase the absorption capacity of the CareBag® bags, if necessary. This product is sometimes used in various basin-type containers to facilitate the disposal of liquids.
